In order to return an item, you must first email us at with your order number and reason to receive a confirmation email from us, no exceptions. We are very approachable, if you have any issue with your order, please contact us!  

Returns or exchange inquire email is accepted for a refund to the account/customer that placed and paid for the order/exchange and must be made within 14 calendar days of order delivery.

Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender.

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us by Email as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If your order cannot be cancelled your order will be processed as normal and a confirmation email will be sent once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that once an order has been shipped it is no longer possible for us to stop it

  • In case you receive a faulty or dirty item by mistake, always contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Shoes must also be returned unmarked and in their original shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box will NOT be accepted.
  • For the purposes of hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are not returnable at any time.
  • All discounted/sale merchandise is final sale.
  • Please note any shipping and handling charges on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be made to you within 30 business days from when the returned item(s) are received by  
  • Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item(s) in a different size, subject to availability and will only be made once we have received the returned item(s). We cannot reserve any items for an exchange.
  • Please note customers have responsibility for return shipping cost for returns.
