We will be using CANADA POST as our shipping carrier.

 

To the USA and China's Mainland

Please note that international shipping rates vary based on location and package weight. Any additional customs fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please refer to Customer Support Page to contact us for shipping details before placing your order. 

 

 

Once an order is placed, we will send a confirmation email to you, and the processing period is up to 5 business days. Unicorn Kids Boutique does not hold any responsibility for any delayed, stolen, or lost packages. Unicorn Kids Boutique has the right to reject any orders without any reason.  

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things change. Items may need to be exchanged or returned for some reason. We want to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. 

We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. 

Our staff will cheerfully answer your worries and questions if you have any considerations about the products and the policies before you place your orders. We are happy to assist you with sizing guides, promotions and even live pictures of our items to help you decide on the orders.

Return Policies

Within 14 days of purchase, regular-priced merchandise in good condition with tags attached may be exchanged or refunded as store credit. The timeframe is calculated AFTER the order delivery confirmation date. Merchandise will ONLY be accepted for exchanges with the original receipt. Any worn, damaged, stained and altered merchandise will NOT be exchanged or returned.

The shipping fee is also NOT eligible for a refund. 

 

Please note all SALES items, BEAUTIES and BABIES items are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for any returns and exchanges.

 

Special Products

Some unique products involved in personal usage (e.g. UNDERWEAR, SOCKS, ELECTRONICS, etc.) are FINAL SALES. In this case, customers will be provided with clear statements of the Return Policies in the product description.
